Liber Oz is a statement showing forth the freedom of all human beings.

Liber Oz is used as a code of behaviour at Red Flame, and is a beautiful example of what Thelemites believe.

Like much of what Aleister Crowley wrote, Liber Oz is easy to misunderstand if you do not read it carefully.  Frater Sabazius, head of the OTO in the United States, has written an excellent essay on the meaning of Liber Oz that you can read here.
